It depends on the inflatables you choose, your group size and location, but as a rough UK guide most inflatable team days work out around £40–£70 per person, with the per-head price dropping for larger groups. Smaller groups usually have a minimum event fee to cover setup, staffing and transporting the kit. Tell us your numbers and the line-up you’re after and we’ll put together a clear, all-in quote.
Inflatables need room — for a full setup we’d usually look for a large, flat outdoor space, roughly two-thirds the size of a football pitch, with clear access for delivery and safe spacing between activities. Smaller line-ups need less. We’ll check your space with you in advance, advise on layout, and if you don’t have a venue we can help you find one.
