Yes. Small group team building can work really well when the format is right. For smaller teams we usually recommend interactive games, creative workshops, problem-solving challenges, indoor activities, treasure hunts, food and drink experiences or hosted competitive formats that don’t need huge numbers to feel lively.
Can you run corporate team building events for large groups?
Yes. Large group events are something we do regularly. For bigger teams we split guests into groups, rotate them around activities, run tournament-style formats, create activity zones or build a full multi-activity day. We also provide the event team, kit, setup and structure needed to keep the day moving.
How much do corporate team building events cost?
Costs depend on the activity, group size, location, duration, staffing, equipment, travel, venue needs and extras such as catering, AV, branding or multiple activities. We will always quote to your brief so you can see what is included before you book. No vague packages, no hidden surprises.
How long do team building activities usually last?
Most activities last between one and three hours, depending on the format. Short energisers fit into a conference agenda, while larger outdoor events, multi-activity days and away days can be half or full-day. We’ll build timings around your agenda, venue access, lunch, dinner or evening entertainment.
Can you bring the event to our office or venue?
Yes. Many events are fully mobile, so we can bring hosts, equipment and setup to your office, hotel, conference venue, sports field or hired space. Some activities need more room, power, parking, water access or ceiling height than others, so we’ll check the practical bits before confirming options.

Yes. If you don’t have a venue, we can help work out the type of space you need and suggest suitable options. The right venue depends on activity, group size, location, budget and whether you need indoor space, outdoor grounds, catering, accommodation, parking or conference facilities.
Do you offer indoor team building activities?
Yes. Indoor activities are ideal for offices, hotels, conference centres, meeting rooms and winter events. Popular indoor formats include gameshows, murder mysteries, creative workshops, race nights, casino tables, quizzes, problem-solving challenges, wellness sessions and conference energisers. They’re weather-proof and accessible.
Do you offer outdoor team building events?
Yes. Outdoor events are perfect for summer socials, away days, company fun days and larger groups that need space to move. Options include It’s a KnockOut, sports days, dragon boat racing, treasure hunts, target sports, inflatables, country pursuits, raft building and multi-activity outdoor events. We’ll advise on space, timings, safety and weather planning before the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We plan outdoor events with the British weather in mind. Some activities continue in light rain, some can be adjusted, and some need an indoor backup or an alternative format if conditions are unsafe. If weather is a concern, we’ll recommend sensible options from the start rather than pretending every outdoor activity works in every condition.
Are your team building events suitable for all ages and abilities?
Yes. We recommend inclusive activities for mixed ages, fitness levels and confidence. Not every event is physical. Many formats include creative, strategic or hosted roles so everyone can take part. Tell us about accessibility or mobility needs and we’ll guide you to the right option.
Do people need any experience to take part?
No. Our activities are built for normal work teams, not professional athletes or puzzle champions. Our hosts explain everything, keep the energy up and make sure people know what to do. Some events are more active than others, but we’ll always help you choose something suitable for your group.
Can the event be branded for our company?
Yes. Many events can be tailored with company branding, team names, branded scoreboards, themed rounds, bespoke questions, company messages, awards or colours. The level of branding depends on the activity and how much notice we have, so mention this early in the planning.
Can team building activities run alongside a conference, dinner or awards evening?
Yes. Team building activities can work as a morning energiser, afternoon breakout, post-conference activity, evening entertainment or part of a full away day. We can also build events around dinner, awards, drinks receptions and Christmas parties so the activity fits the flow of the day.
How far in advance should we book a corporate team building event?
The earlier the better, especially for summer dates, Christmas parties, large groups, venue-led events and anything that needs extra planning or branding. As a guide, six to eight weeks gives more choice, but we can often help with shorter notice depending on the activity and location.
Do you provide the staff and equipment?
Yes. We provide the event team, hosts, equipment and setup needed for the activity you book. This can include an Event Manager, activity instructors, AV, props, safety equipment, scoring, briefing and pack-down. We will confirm exactly what is included in your quote.
