Corporate Scalextric Hire

Our specially built 15ft x 7ft 8-lane giant Scalextric track might start off as ‘just a bit of fun’ but will soon bring out your competitive side as you race your colleagues to the chequered flag!

Tracks feature a figure of eight design permitting equal lane length and are free from car de-railing, bumps and intermittent power supply faults common with other tracks.

With optional branding available on the centre discs, our Scalextric events are perfect for a range of situations including structured games, informal parties or team building. It’s one of the most popular add on activities to any conference or a meeting but can also work as an event in its own rights. We also have a superb two-lane exhibition track which is perfect for encouraging visitors onto your stand and can be branded with your company logo or message on the centre discs, crash barriers and skirting.

Scalextric Hire On Events

Our Giant 8-lane Scalextric is a perfect add on to your conference, multi-activity day or evening party. It comes with professional staff who will entertain your group throughout the whole event and make sure each person gets the full experience of this unique and entertaining activity. Commentary and organisation of the competition are also provided, making your childhood dream a reality!

Our 8-lane Scalextric also works perfectly as a stand-alone competitive event. We will split you into teams and each person will score points for their team in the allocated time. You will be rotating between yourselves and spectators can cheer for their team and cars! Why not add other activities to your day and make it into a multi-activity day? If you have a larger group, we can provide more than one 8-lane Scalextric track so everyone can be enjoying it at the same time.

Exhibition Entertainment

We also offer a 2-lane exhibition Scalextric track. A great way to entertain your guests which allows them to network together in this unique way. We can fully personalise the track and cars to give you that extra personal touch. It is guaranteed to attract spectators to your stand and this way you can present your offerings as they take interest in your stand. People walking by will also want to take photos which will expose your branding to an even further audience!

We can deliver your Scalextric event in various locations around the UK. We work with our recommended venues, so we can suggest a suitable venue for you. You can also hire Scalextric for your office and we will arrange set up and timings with you.

New Wave Events - Corporate


We used New Wave for our corporate end of year events. Due to Covid 19 and national lockdowns around the world we needed something virtual that could involve most of our staff across many different time zones. New Wave organised a interactive quiz and a live murder mystery for my company. They were so approachable and nothing was too much effort and were so accommodating. We ended up having one huge interactive quiz and 4 separate murder mysteries on the same night. We had staff from the EMEA, US, Australia, Central America and even in the Philippines. Our staff had so much fun and it was the talk of the month. I cant thank Alicja and Lucy enough and hope that we can organise something again in the future. a quote from one of the participants I think says it all ' Outstanding ;) I may want to use the company myself for a personal event!!! Very enjoyable, a lot to cover in a short time but the actors played their characters superbly!' Five stars!!!

007 Themed Murder Mystery


We held a 007 themed murder mystery afternoon for our Global team online. It was a great escape from work and a nice way to celebrate our VP's 1 year anniversary with us (big 007 fan). What a fantastic evening - well executed and all my colleagues had a great time. Plenty of money lost over the course of the evening at the Totes, however the winners did go home with £1,000s.

Great event, enjoyable and fun!


Huge thanks to Alicja and her team at NewWave Events. We were very late in booking our Musical Bingo event but they found us a slot and looked after us throughout the booking process. Very organised, professional, accommodating and the cost was very reasonable when compared against other companies. The musical bingo was a great success, Neil the host was hilarious and made the event very enjoyable and even judged the winners for the most festive outfit. Back with a Bang


Unfortunately we had to cancel our annual Dragon Boat Race in 2020, which was difficult enough, but Alicja and Lucy made it as easy as possible especially re-booking everything for 2021. This has been my first time working with NewWave and I can't praise them enough, the support leading up to the event was amazing, they were always at the end of the phone or an email and the event itself was fantastic! There were no issues what so ever, or if there were, we didn't hear about it. They have an incredible team who constantly had smiles on their faces and couldn't do enough to help us. The event was a complete success and we are looking forward to many more years of working with NewWave. Thank you Alicja and Lucy, you guys are brilliant!
